Clelands 130’ Classic Expedition Yacht (1967) Description

This 39.7m Clelands 130’ Classic Expedition Yacht was built in 1967 by Clelands Shipbuilding Co. in the UK and completely renovated in 2011 in Greece by a team of highly qualified artisans who have been able to preserve the glory of this Gentleman’s expedition Superyacht.

The motor yacht is coded for charter and characterized by elegant style and built as a full displacement vessel in steel, with extraordinary volume.

After her comprehensive refit in 2011, her interior decor is contemporary and timeless. She features a harmonious contrast of rich dark woods with light panelling, creating a sophisticated ambiance.

Designed by Bannenberg & Rowell and Studio Vafiadis, this Clelands 130’ Classic Expedition Yacht can comfortably welcome up to 10 guests in 5 spacious en-suite staterooms, including a master suite, 2 double staterooms and 2 twin staterooms, all with entertainment centres and Sony television screens. Further accommodation is provided for up to 8 crew members attending to guests’ every need.

On the main deck, this classic expedition motor yacht has a generous saloon lounge aft, offering opposing plush sofas, occasional chairs and coffee tables. The soft furnishing tones are elegantly neutral, with subtle bespoke detailing. Surrounding panoramic windows bring in plenty of natural light, while fitted blinds ensure optimum privacy. Separate and forward is a stylish and private formal dining room, seating up to 10 guests.

This Clelands 130’ Classic Expedition Yacht also features an upper aft bridge deck, with comfortable exterior lounge seating and optional shade. Forward of the bridge is a shaded seating area, ideal for a quiet retreat, while the foredeck offers further suntanning and relaxing options.

Twin 500 Hp Rolls Royce diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 10 knots topping out at 12 knots and a range of 2,500 nautical miles.
