As the flagship of its Turkish shipyard, this model stands as the most spacious triple-deck solar-electric catamaran on the market. Designed by Marco Casali with ISONAVAL and MICAD engineering, it features sportive, clean lines, expansive windows, and a distinctive flybridge fitted with horizontal air grills inspired by supercars – earning it the nickname “the Tesla of the seas.”

This VISIONF E-CAT 80’ features impressive 90m² (970 ft²) open deck, which serves as a vast sky lounge. This area includes a fully fitted wet bar with a pantry, 3 tables, and two large aft-deck solariums.

FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP PROPOSED MODALITIES

• The “Original Shipowner’’ has acquired a VISIONF E-CAT 80’ solar power catamaran, 1st yacht delivered in 2025 (“the Yacht”).
• The “Original Shipowner” established a limited corporation in Malta to operate charter operations in Europe.
• The “Original Shipowner” is looking to partner with 2 to 3 other partners to share ownership of the Yacht.
• Partners would acquire shares in the Maltese corporation.
• The “Original Shipowner” is the initial shareholder (“Initial Partner”).
• Any potential partner would need to sign an NDA prior to receiving any potential partnership information.
• The Partnership:
  • Each partner would own 33% or 25% shares depending on total number of partners (“Partner” or “Partners”).
• Shareholders’ Agreement to Include:
  • All Partners share future and additional costs of transaction, insurance, registration, berth, management, operations, repairs, etc. at pro-rata of their shares.
  • All Partners have board pro-rata representation.
  • Decisions are made by simple majority with predominant vote by Initial Partner.
  • Initial Partner has priority to sell its shares to new Partners until total desired number of Partners is reached.
  • Agreement to include regular first refusal rights, tag along, drag along, etc. usual meetings schedule, etc.
  • Initial Partner will supervise management agreement and corporate affairs with fair compensation by Shipowner.
  • Yacht to be kept in the Mediterranean sea area (France, Italy, Spain, Greece) in the summer months for the first 5 years unless otherwise agreed by the Initial Partner.
  • Yacht may be located in the Caribbean (St-Barts, Bahamas, etc.) for the winter months if the conditions are favourable and if agreed by the Initial Partner for the 5 first years.
  • Partners agree to prioritize charters between June 1st and September 30th every year (Summer Charter period) and US Thanksgiving, Holidays and school break period (Winter Charter period) until a minimum of the Shipowner’s breakeven point and minimum cash flow provision.
  • Partners will choose Yacht personal use period (outside Summer and Winter Charter periods) for a maximum of 3 consecutive weeks alternatively. Priority of choice to be by draw and then by rotation. If the Yacht is not chartered during the prioritized Summer charter period and Winter charter period, Partners may choose personal use during this period by determined priority. Each partner agrees to comply with fiscal requirements and pay the applicable VAT for their personal use period.
  • Rest periods and bonuses for the crew, maintenance period for the Yacht to be determined and respected.
  • Each potential Partner to provide initial deposit during transaction period. Each potential Partner will need to be accepted by the Maltese corporate ownership requirements.
• Price(s):
  • The total price corresponds to the cost of a new VisionF E-Cat 80’ offered as a world premiere at the 2025 Cannes yachting Festival, i.e. 6.95 million euros. Each investor will therefore have to pay 33% (2) or 25% (3) of this sum.
